Hot new vampire scorcher from Phaze

Rainyn Clery is a gorgeous, kind-natured dancer at Club Nuit; a strip club/bordello where hot incubus vampires fulfill the deepest, darkest fantasies of everyday women. Despite his great passion for his work, Rainyn finds himself falling in love with Blythe, record company executive and Nuit regular.

Blythe Browning is engaged to marry Richard Billings, a city commissioner in her hometown of Clearview, Florida. Yet Richard's cruel, smug attitude drives her back to Club Nuit, a haven where she finds comfort in the arms of the sensual, exotic Rainyn.

Soon Blythe can't deny her love for Rainyn; a love he returns in the form of beautiful gifts and mind-blowing sex. Yet the man of her dreams harbors a secret that could threaten their love. It seems this gentleman of the evening is also a lord of the night.

The Romance Studio gave Angel on Fire five hearts!  In her beautiful review, Alyna Couture wrote:

While this was actually the first time that I have read any of Ms. Hussey's work and I was extremely glad that I had asked to for it. It was, and is, an amazing read. I loved the way she wrote the story, and the way the she made the people and events seem so real. I also loved the conflicting emotions within Blythe, the way her heart wanted to do something, but her head told her what she needed to do, and the action between her and Rainyn, and the way Ms. Hussey wrote both of them. The 'meddling-of-friends-for-their-own-good' which finally brought Blythe and Rainyn together was one which I would actually want to see happening to me. I can firmly promise you that I loved Angel on Fire far more than I thought I would (which is considerable, since I love paranormal romance), and I will most asuredly be recommending it to everyone that I know that loves to read romance. Angel on Fire will be permanently placed within the mountain of books that is labeled "to be read".

Siren Book Reviews gave Angel on Fire 4.5 stones!  In her beautiful review, Cia wrote:

Angel on Fire was a great story. The names of the heroine and hero originally drew me to the story. Being drawn into Blythe and Rainyn’s story really took me on a roller coaster ride. Who can’t sympathize with Blythe and her predicament with an asshole of a fiancé, who felt trapped and had no other option but to marry to satisfy her family’s standards.

I hoped she’d fight for her own choice and learn that the only standards that mattered were her own. I felt sorry for her fiancées mother in law instead of being angry at her close minded crab apple attitude.

Rainyn though showed love by acceptance when Blythe refused to see what he had to offer her that she’d be missing with her intended. From the bordello to learning about Rainyn’s past, his family and falling in love with the secondary characters of the bordello, I was a tad exhausted, but not before the story culminated into a happy ending I’d hoped for.

Ms. Hussey presents a story unlike anything I have read thus far, instantly addicting me to the world of Club Nuit. This short novella is both creative and emotional, capturing you until the end...Overall, this was very enjoyable read...I am definitely going to have to check out the first novel in this world, "Under Cover of the Night."

Maev of Ebook Addict Reviews had some beautiful words for Angel on Fire!  She wrote:

"I could immediately identify with the heroine, Blythe, because she was

a woman who ate real food (cheeseburgers with extra fries!), was

sometime self-conscious about getting naked in front of a man, and yet

was comfortable with herself. She just reminded me of a million women I

know and this added depth to her character for me. Then you throw in a

sexy otherworldly stripper, Rainyn, who hungers for her and presto! I

am in love with the book! The sex scenes were graphic and

well...sexy!..I would definitely not mind reading more of this author's

books, especially if they are a continuation for this group of

sexy "gentlemen of the evening."..Any reader looking for a steamy short

read should definitely bet on "Angel on Fire" fitting the bill."
